The construction department consisting of engineers is responsible for developing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic documentation for machines. Mechanical designs are based on 3D modeling in Autodesk Inventor. Electricians prepare projects using E-PLAN and SEE Electrical Expert software.
The production of machines takes place in the halls with a total area of approx. 2,000 m2. Starting from the preparation of materials, cutting, bending and firing of sheets, the machines are created in the machining, welding and metalwork/assembly departments.
At this stage, machine control programs based on Rockwell, Mitsubishi or Siemens controllers are created. When the projects are ready, electricians begin to build control cabinets, and automation specialists carry out various tests of the machine's operation.
After internal testing, the finished machine is transported to the customer's factory, where we carry it out and incorporate it into continuous production. On request, we also offer support during testing and regular production.

The company Rem-poL Sp. z o.o implements the project „Creation of the Rem-poL Research and Development Center” co-financed from European Funds.
The goal of the project is to create a Research and Development Center, whose activity will consist in developing new and improving existing elements of technological lines for the rubber industry - machines and devices for the production of car tires.
The result of the project will be product innovations for car tire manufacturers.
